Using this website
You may read this site, contact us through it, and book a consultation. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, submit the contact form automatically or in bulk, or use it to send anything unlawful.
What the site is, and is not
Everything here is general information about what we do. It is not technical, financial or legal advice, and nothing on this site creates a client relationship. That starts when we both agree a scope of work in writing.
Pricing shown on this site indicates how we structure engagements. Actual prices are set in a written quote or statement of work.
Consultation calls
The free 30-minute consultation is exactly that: a conversation. It carries no obligation on either side, and no work begins until scope and price are agreed in writing.
Engagements
Work we perform for you is governed by the statement of work or agreement we sign for that engagement. Where those terms and these ones disagree, the signed agreement wins.
Unless that agreement says otherwise: work is delivered as described in its scope, you own the infrastructure and configuration we build for you, and we hand over documentation on completion.
Messaging
If you give us a phone number and consent to SMS, we may text you about your inquiry or engagement. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving them. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number.
Third-party services
Booking runs on Google Calendar and this site is hosted on Cloudflare. Their terms apply to their parts of the experience, and we are not responsible for the availability of services we do not run.
Liability
We provide this website as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site itself. Liability for paid work is governed by the agreement covering that work.
